Ryan McMurray began his carpentry career in 2002 as a foreman for a hardwood flooring company in Boulder, Colorado.  For the next several years, he spent nights and weekends working in his garage expanding his expertise to a greater variety of creative outlets, including custom cabinetry and furniture.  In 2013, he turned his passion into a full-time job and McMurray Woodworks was born.

Ryan now lives in the Bay Area with his wife and dog.  His shop is located in San Rafael.
